Unless otherwise specified, ground shipping will be charged for each item in the shopping cart. Customers may request a different shipping method (second day, overnight, etc), however cost adjustments will be made to reflect these different rates.
Oak products will normally ship within ten(10) business days of receiving the order. Oak products that require engraving will normally leave our facilities within twelve(12) business days of receiving the order. If an order is placed in the evening or weekend, we will process your order the following business day and shipping times will be from that day. Orders that include assembling your shadowbox with accomplishments, will add a minimum two (2) business days to your order.
Mahogany, Cherry, and Walnut products can take up to twelve (12) business days to ship, based on material availability.
Customers will be notified of any further delays in shipment.
All Wholesale orders will be charged shipping for each item ordered with a shipping rate per customer requests.
Designs on the website under “Custom Designs“, design changes to products already on our website, or new items not on our website will be considered custom, so please contact Woodknot Woodworks by email or phone and request a quote. Quotes are generally sent out within 24 hours, and will provide our customers with price, turn time, and shipping method. Each quote will be valid for 30 days, after which a new quote must be requested.
All APO and FPO addresses are shipped Priority Mail via US Postal Service, however once your order enters the military mail system, it is subject to “space available”.
SALES TAX POLICY
Orders shipped to any Texas destination will be charged 8.125% sales tax. Orders with a destination outside Texas will have no sales tax applied to the order. Orders delivered in our local area are subject to the sales tax rate in the destination area.

Please contact Woodknot Woodworks within five(5) days of receipt of merchandise and you will be issued a number authorizing the return of merchandise. Merchandise returned without the proper authorization will be refused and returned to sender. All claims for merchandise sustaining damage must be resolved through the carrier’s customer service department.
